Payment Information

• In case of a no-show or cancellation according to the policy, the corresponding charge or refund will be automatically processed to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
• Guests must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for payment or as a booking guarantee during check-in.
• • • By confirming a reservation, you agree that transaction fees and service charges are non-refundable. These costs will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation, as they relate to services provided during the booking process.
